The Petoskey, Michigan city council will hold a special meeting tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the city manager position and “possible closed session to review City attorney legal opinion.”
Last month, the Petoskey City Council voted unanimously to give the job to William Reynolds, former Pensacola city manager, pending a background check.
The city held a public open house on Thursday, September 11, at the Stafford’s Perry Hotel to provide the public an opportunity to meet the four candidates scheduled to interview for the position of City Manager. Over the next two days the city council conducted interviews of the four candidates at City Hall. At its Sept. 15 meeting, the council voted to give the job to Reynolds.
