Podcast: Meet the new owner of Perfect Plan

On WCOA this morning, Urban South Brewery founder and CEO Jacob Landry discussed his plans for Pensacola’s Perfect Plain.

“What we see is the Perfect Plain and their team’s strength is their hospitality business and the different venues that they’ve really built up over time in Pensacola,” said Landry. “We really are excited about the opportunity to continue and double down what exists.”

He added, “All current staff is staying on the team. That was a real part of the allure for us, is what a great team they’ve built. And then we’re going to come in and build up the distribution side and really make sure that the Perfect Plain beer is accessible to anyone and everyone, in every grocery store around, every bar and restaurant around.”
