Port Navarre legal battle

The Daily News reports that the ongoing legal case has delayed construction on the huge residential/retail development known as Port Navarre for more than two years may be nearing resolution as a February court date has been set.

Port Navarre was announced about two years ago as a $400 million-plus development. The planned project will feature four condominium towers with 140 units each, a hotel, town homes, a marina with nearly 150 boat slips, and dozens of restaurants and stores.
