Attorneys on the Front Lines of Platform Litigation

RDCY attorney Madeline Pendley, recently appointed to the Executive Development Committee in the Roblox litigation, said the consistent message from the firm’s clients is that parents wish they had known about these dangers sooner.

“We’re seeing firsthand how these online platforms are putting children in danger, and it’s devastating. That’s why we’re hosting this event—to educate parents so they can better protect their children and prevent them from becoming a statistic.”
—Madeline Pendley, RDCY attorney

Founding partner Troy Rafferty said the event reflects his ongoing commitment to the northwest Florida community he has been part of for more than three decades.

“I’ve been a part of this community for over 30 years, and I remain strong about giving back, educating, advocating, and protecting the citizens of the northwest Florida area.”
—Troy Rafferty, RDCY founding partner
