On Pensacola Speaks on Friday afternoon, Councilman Charles Bare discussed the Pensacola City Council’s decisions on staffing, panhandling, homelessness and the wobbly (my term, not his) condition of Pensacola City Hall operations. He also talked about the termination of Jim Messer’s contract as the city attorney and the hiring of Lysia Bowling for the position.
