Prior to opening his own public relations firm in 2010, Cate was named one of Florida’s Rising Political Stars by The News Service of Florida, having already managed press for the 2008 Obama campaign in Florida, multiple campaigns and state agencies. We will talk about the list of Democratic hopefuls eyeing Sen. Marco Rubio’s seat in 2016.
