The Greater Pensacola Chamber, Pensacola Young Professionals (PYP), Seville Rotary Club and Propeller Club will host the second forum tonight from 5:30-7 p.m.The forum will be held in Phineas Phogg’s at Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Local candidates running for Escambia County Commission District 3, Superintendent of Schools and School Board District 1 will be featured, and the focus is education.
