Under the direction of Margie Timmons, the full-scale, professional production of Xanadu will wheel into UWF Center for Fine and Performing Arts November 10-12 during the 2023 Pensacola Foo Foo Festival.

Dixon School of Arts & Sciences is bringing the campy, Tony Award®-nominated musical to Pensacola, where it will not only entertain but will also serve as an educational and fundraising opportunity for students at Dixon School of Arts & Sciences. A free kickoff party with the cast is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 2, at The REX Theatre in downtown Pensacola.

This inaugural music festival received a FooFoo grant this year, and the Handlebar has matched that grant to bring Pensacola the Night Moves Fest on 11/4/22, noon-11 p.m., at Maritime Park’s Hunter Amphitheater. Chris McKean and Rob Goodspeed have the details.
