WHAT: Presented by East Hill Neighborhood Association, the second Bands on the Bayou concert of 2023 features local band, Ben Loftin & The Family. Donations from the concert series benefit six local nonprofits, two of which – Bluffline and From the Ground Up Community Garden – will be featured at the September 15 concert.
