State Rep. Alex Andrade discusses several of the bills he has filed for the 2024 session.

Cheryl Mulrain previews the 35th annual MLK Day parade in Pensacola. The all-day event takes place on Monday, Jan. 15, at 11 a.m.

This all-day event features local schools, organizations, churches, businesses, and attendees from the greater Pensacola community. The parade broadcasts live on both WEAR-TV and BlabTV. The lineup will start at the intersection of Spring and Garden Streets.

This year’s theme is “Live the Dream – Achieve Excellence,, an excerpt from Dr. King’s speech, “What is your life’s blueprint”. The theme is to remind us of the work still needs to be done while we celebrate the many examples of excellence in Pensacola.
