Tracie Hodson is the organization’s new Executive Director. FavorHouse provides comprehensive services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault including a 24/7 Crisis Hotline, Emergency Shelter, Outreach Counseling, and Legal Assistance for Injunctions for Protection. In her role as Executive Director, Tracie will manage all day-to-day operations for Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties’ only certified domestic violence center.

Opening wide in theaters this weekend: the adaptation of the wildly popular coming of age murder drama novel “Where The Crawdads Sing” will face off against the animated adventure “Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank.” And the critically acclaimed stop motion comedy “Marcel: The Shell with Shoes On” expands into theaters across the country.

Streaming, it’s the father/daughter road trip dramedy “Don’t Make Me Go.” And “Better Call Saul” returned this week for its final episodes, and only a week in, there’s already controversy on the new season of “Big Brother.”

My opening for the July 15 show includes Commissioner Underhill’s comments about his residency and Inweekly getting a Potty for downtown Pensacola.
