PenAir Credit Union, Pensacola’s oldest and largest credit union, has unveiled its new brand that embodies the credit union’s passion and purpose for enhancing lives. Pam Hatt shares the details.

Levin Papantonio Rafferty announced that the third largest multidistrict litigation (MDL) in the country–MDL 2846 IN RE: Davol, Inc./C.R. Bard, Inc., Polypropylene Hernia Mesh Products Liability Litigation–has exceeded 20,000 case filings. LPR partner Tim O’Brien serves as Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in the MDL, along with Kelsey Stokes of Fleming, Nolen & Jez, LLP. He discusses this massive, national litigation.
