Last week, Triumph Gulf Coast approved a $7.4 million grant to help Warrington Prep develop workforce training and industry certification programs. David Bear has the details.

Independence for the Blind enthusiastically invites the community to our 2nd Annual Thanksgiving event at noon, Tuesday, Nov. 21, at Independence for the Blind, 3107 North Davis Highway. The purpose is to celebrate the abilities of persons who are blind or visually impaired and to emphasize the importance of the training that takes place here day after day. The clients will work with instructors to prepare the meals for all to enjoy.
