Suspecting that Johnson & Johnson will make a third bankruptcy attempt to delay trials in the national talcum powder cancer litigation, Levin Papantonio Rafferty and Beasley Allen Law Firm have gathered 60 seasoned trial lawyers from across the U.S. in a talc litigation boot camp in Pensacola. The firms are, in essence, building a mega law firm, activating a plaintiffs’ legal machine that can handle multiple trials a day in different jurisdictions throughout the U.S. LPR attorney Cameron Stephenson has the details.

Navy Federal Credit Union celebrated the completion of its most recent addition with a ribbon-cutting ceremony today. The Navy Federal Recreation Center, which is located on the west side of Navy Federal’s Beulah Campus along Nine Mile Road, will be ready for team members and the community to enjoy on Monday, Nov. 13.

The Navy Federal Recreation Center offers a variety of ways for people to enjoy the outdoors. The facility features walking trails, recreation fields, a basketball court, a volleyball court, pickleball courts, yoga space, a pavilion, and open spaces. Amber Southard shares the details.
