Recycling vote costs Fink

Logan Fink will not be returning to the ECUA board. He was beat out by newcomer Elizabeth Campbell. Fink did not vote for mandatory curbside recycling. His district was more for it than Fink realized. Leadership Pensacola Class of 2008 and the Pensacola Young Professionals both wanted it. Fink paid the price for his vote.
