The Main Street Sewage Treatment plant is no longer flowing and we’re no longer greeted daily with its odors drifting through downtown Pensacola. On the old IN Your Head Radio, we actually had a regular report on the level of odor from the plant, which we called the “Poot Index.” It even had a theme song.
