GrayRobinson Names Joseph Passeretti Managing Shareholder of Pensacola Office
GrayRobinson has appointed Joseph A. Passeretti, B.C.S., as managing shareholder of its Pensacola office, the firm announced this week. Passeretti was part of the founding team that launched GrayRobinson’s Pensacola presence in December 2024.
The appointment comes as GrayRobinson looks to build out its Northwest Florida footprint. The firm, one of Florida’s most influential legal-lobbying operations, now counts nearly 300 professionals across 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C.

Cannon said Passeretti has been “a driving force” in establishing the firm’s presence in the region since the Pensacola office opened.
Passeretti, for his part, framed the new role as a continuation of the office’s founding mission.

Passeretti’s practice. He represents clients in complex civil litigation across state and federal courts, with a focus on:

He is board-certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers for his work in construction litigation.

Education and bar admissions. Passeretti earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Huntingdon College. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Colorado, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
