Ritchie spends $93K, $59K in last two weeks

In the race to be Escambia County’s new county judge, Scott Ritchie stepped up his spending in the weeks leading up to the Aug. 23 primary – spending $58,706 of his total $92,682.

Until this month, Paul Hamlin had spent more on his campaign.
