Roads Inc settles

The Escambia County Commission accepted a settlement agreement with Roads, Inc. over the huge hole in the ground in the Cantonment area. Roads Inc. six months to complete its pond. Earth-moving equipment needed to work on the pond can be brought in and out of the property no more than two days a week from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Monday through Friday.
