Safety Board recommends no cellphones while driving

The National Transportation Safety Board is suggesting a nationwide ban on all cellphone use while driving. The board called distracted driving the new DUI and says a ban would help limit accidents. The recommendation, if adopted by states, would outlaw non-emergency phone calls and texting by operators of every vehicle on the road.
