Joe Abston of Hopjacks and Tin Cow texted me last night. He said that there is a new telephone scam. Callers are saying that Gulf Power is about to call off the person’s electricity unless the owner pays by credit card over the phone. Asbton received such calls at Hopjacks and Tin Cow.
