Scott creates jobs, not for minorities in his administration

Gov. Rick Scott picked an African-American, Jennifer Carroll, as his Lt. Governor, but the Saint Pete Times reports he has hired fewer minorities than his GOP predecessor, Charlie Crist. Among the top three staff levels (280 workers), 18.5 percent identified themselves as minority. That compares to 21.5 percent when Charlie Crist was governor. Read more.
