County Attorney Alison Rogers has added to the Escambia County Commission meeting this afternoon request for authorization to file for a declaratory and/or injunctive relief against Sean’s Outpost on 1999 Massachusetts Ave
The request is being made because of continued code violations. If a judge grants the injunctive relief, all tents and unpermitted structures will have to be removed.
The BCC will vote within the next two hours.
