Settlement possible in BP massive lawsuit

UPI is reporting that there is still a chance BP will reach settlements with the federal government and the affected states before the Feb. 27 trial over the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil disaster begins in New Orleans. Legal analysts estimate the settlement may be around $25 billion.
