Severance package for Oliver: six months pay, insurance and all accumulated PTO, MOB, ELB

 Rick Outzen  October 17, 2012

If County Administrator Randy Oliver is terminated tomorrow by the commission, he will receive a lump sum cash payment equal to half his salary ($72500) and all accumulated PTO, MOB and ELB leave. He will have health and dental insurance for six months. If the county commission lets him complete his contract through Nov. 1, 2013 and decides not to renew his contract, he gets none of this. See
