Seville Rotary 6th Annual Cornhole Classic set for May 14

Seville Rotary’s 6th Annual Cornhole Classic presented this year by Michles & Booth, P.A. will be held on Saturday, May 14 at Seville Quarter, 130 E Government Street in downtown Pensacola.

Gates for the annual fundraising event open at 11 am and tournament play begins at Noon. Participants and spectators at the event are treated to beer courtesy of the Escambia Bay Homebrewers Association and Lewis Bear Company.

All proceeds raised during the event fund Seville Rotary’s Unsolicited Grant Program. The annual program provides funding to local non-profit organizations furthering their missions of improving our communities. Last year, $5,000 was distributed to Gulf Coast Kid’s House, Take Stock in Children and the FavorHouse of Northwest Florida. This year’s recipients of the Unsolicited Grant Program were My Father’s Arrows, ReEntry Alliance Pensacola and Council on Aging.

Sponsorships are still available for the event at two levels:
– Corporate Lane Sponsors receive a custom set of cornhole boards with their company logo, their company banner displayed at the event, entry for a team of two and four spectators for $250.
– Advertising Sponsors receive their company logo displayed at the event, entry for a team of two and four spectators for $150.

Team registration is open until May 10th. Each two-person team registration will receive admission for two additional individuals included in the $100 fee. Spectators are welcome to join the fun for $15.

All levels of sponsorship, team registration and spectator tickets can be purchased online at www.sevillerotary.com or in person at Seville Rotary’s weekly meeting Tuesday nights at Rosie O’Grady’s at Seville Quarter at 5:30 pm.
