ECUA spokesman Jim Roberts confirmed with IN that the new sewage treatment plant in Cantonment is training workers to operate the 29 systems that it will be running.
“This is a very time consuming process, but it seems to be going smoothly,” he says.
Roberts notes that the facility is roughly 98 percent complete.
The “old stinky” downtown is hopefully on its last leg.
