Should Escambia County redraw districts?

Now that three county commissioners are settled until 2012. Escambia County needs to consider redrawing its commissioner boundaries. Here is how the latest voter rolls look:

Escambia County: 197,056 registered voters

CO COMM DIST 1: 42,231
CO COMM DIST 2: 38,015
CO COMM DIST 3: 33,383
CO COMM DIST 4: 42,344
CO COMM DIST 5: 41,083

District 3 appears to be too small. Don’t know what the actual populations are for each district.
