Foo Foo Fest 2026
The Pensacola Foo Foo Festival Committee has announced its 2026 “Foo Foo on the Menu” partners—six local restaurants and bars that will roll out limited-time dishes and drinks built around this year’s festival, running Oct. 29 through Nov. 9.
What it is: “Foo Foo on the Menu” lets visitors and locals eat and drink their way through the festival, with each participating spot creating a one-off item “while supplies last” for the run of the event.
The Lineup:
- Bodacious Shops Cafe – the “Azalea City Toast,” with blackberry compote, arugula, sliced Brie, orange zest, and East Hill honey.
- Bubba’s Sweet Spot – the “Pensa-colada Dirty Soda Float,” made with local Pensa-colada soda, key lime ice cream, coconut cream, and heavy cream.
- Fish Heads Pensacola Beach – a “Fish Heads Sangria,” a Spanish red wine punch with seasonal fruit, served at the beachside pool bar & grill.
- Sage In Bloom – local ranch chicken with citrus gastrique, autumn vegetables, pink peppercorns, and smoked Valdeon cream, sourced from area ranches and farms.
- Sir Richard’s Public House – the “Foo’s Gold” cocktail, back for a second year (21+).
- O’Riley’s Irish Pub – the “Magic of Foo” cocktail, also returning for a second year (21+).
“Foo Foo on the Menu” features inspired food and beverage items designed to amplify visitors’ Foo Foo Fest experiences and showcase Pensacola’s flavors.

Foo Foo Fest is presented by Art, Culture, Entertainment, Inc. (ACE), the nonprofit that funnels federal, state, county, city, corporate, foundation, and personal dollars into local arts and culture groups through an equitable granting process, and that promotes Escambia County as an arts destination through the festival and other marketing efforts.
