CARE of Santa Rosa County is hosting a “totally awesome” skate night to raise money for local animals in need on Tuesday, July 26 from 6-8 p.m. at the Dreamland Skate Center in Pensacola. Admission is $10 at the door and covers entry fee, skate rental, locker rental, a free drink from the snack bar, and an automatic entry for the ‘80s themed raffle basket. The first 50 guests will receive a goody bag full of fun ‘80s memorabilia. More raffle tickets can be purchased inside.
CARE of Santa Rosa County is a 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue that works closely with local shelters and the community to save as many animals as possible. Earlier this year CARE collected pet food donations for the tornado victims and regularly helps families in need during periods of strife, helping with cat and dog food when family members are injured or out of work.
