The Gulf Coast Kid’s House is looking for sponsors and chocolatiers for their 9th Annual Chocolate Fest.
The event is a big fundraiser for the organization. Funds raised ensure that child victims of abuse and neglect receive timely, effective and streamlined treatment. The Gulf Coast Kid’s House facilitates a collaborative response to abuse cases, which allows medical exams, recorded interviews, prosecution and mental health counseling to be done in one child-friendly facility.
This “one-stop†concept reduces the trauma children experience and leads to better case outcomes.
