July 22: With the Aug. 18 primary closing in, five of the six candidates for Pensacola mayor made time to sit down with Inweekly. A sixth candidate, Ann Hill, declined two invitations, telling us she is “focusing on written interviews and candidate questionnaires” because they better reflect “the style of communication I have valued throughout my career in journalism and public service.”
