Public school funding is down by 8 percent or $540 per student.

$308 million in corporate tax cuts and incentives

Pet projects:
$46 million to University of South Florida Polytechnic in Lakeland.

$6.9 million to Pasco-Hernando Community College

$200K University of Central Florida’s Lou Frey Institute of Politics and Government

$5M International Regatta Sports Center in Sarasota

—But the Florida Panhandle gets an additional $6 million for economic recovery from BP disaster.
