Stallworth gets hung jury

At 11 p.m. on Thursday, Judge Nick Geeker released the jury in the Donnie Stallworth trial. The former Air Force staff sergeant was on trial for the murder trial of Byrd and Melanie Billings. The State Attorney’s Office had followed the same prosecution strategy that worked in convicting Patrick Gonzalez and Wayne Coldiron. The jury deliberated 9 hours and could make a decision.
