State House races have wide gaps in fundraising

State Rep. Clay Ingram, former Santa Rosa County Commissioner Jayer Williamson and businessman Frank White have huge leads in campaign fundraising over their respective opponents.

Ingram (R-District 1) raised $5,500 during for the most recent reporting period and has gathered a total of $103,297 in campaign contributions. His opponent, Bill Fetke (NPA), has raised a total of $2,120, none during the last period.

White (R-District 2) has raised $156,595, $7,450 in the last reporting period, which dwarfs the total $3,252 raised by Democrat Ray Guillory, who only added $400 to his campaign over the last two weeks.

In Santa Rosa County, Williamson faces Navarre businessman J. Huston Walters in the GOP primary. Williamson has raised $122,915 to Walters’ $3,175.

From June 26- July 8, Williamson raised more than any other House candidate, $9,025.
