The Florida Board of Education will consider on Wednesday an amendment to charter school applications that would require operators to disclose their history with other charter schools.

Applicants, board members and management companies would be required to list all charter schools they’ve been involved with, including those that shut down, and provide academic and financial details about those charter schools.

See Amendment to Rule 6A-6.0786, Forms for Charter School Applicants and Sponsors.
