State Roundup: May 8

The state daily newspapers tackle the legislative session that just ended. State Rep. Clay Ford may win the “Invisible Man” award again. He may be a new white shadow.

Miami Herald
: Gives details on the waning, chaotic hours of the session.

Orlando Sentinel picks winners and losers. Winners included Florida Chamber, NRA, Managed Health Care, and Gov. Rick Scott.

Sarasota Herald-Tribune isn’t so sure Scott was a winner and writes about he failed to get the cuts that he promised the voters.

St. Pete Times
