Today, the Grievance Committee of the Republican Party of Florida was convened in Kissimmee, Florida to hear grievances filed against three (3) current members of the Escambia County Republican Executive Committee. The Grievance Committee was tasked with reviewing evidence and hearing testimony in support of the grievances that were filed. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Grievance Committee will make a recommendation to Republican Party of Florida Chairman, Jim Greer, who will be the final arbiter on the matter.
Following the hearing, Escambia County Republican Chairman Susan Moore stated, “The hearing on Escambia County’s grievances has concluded and we await the Grievance Committee’s recommendation. I know the Grievance Committee will give serious consideration to the evidence presented and deliver an appropriate recommendation to Chairman Greer.” Chairman Moore declined further comment citing her desire to allow both the Grievance Committee and RPOF Chairman Jim Greer to deliberate free of any undue influence.
