Strong mayor role model seeks 10th term

Charleston, S.C. Mayor Joe Riley is seeking his 10th term. Riley was the model for the campaign for Pensacola’s new charter that gave the city its first strong mayor. The IN interviewed him several times. He visited Pensacola to speak at the lecture series hosted by IHMC.
