Quint Studer’s latest book – Results That Last: Hardwiring Behaviors That Will Take Your Company to the Top  – is moving up the bestseller list of Amazon.com.

It will hit the book stores next week. I’m excited because I had an opportunity to work with Quint on the book. The book takes the management strategies and tools that he developed for health care and puts them in a more general business context. The concepts are truly universal. In fact we use many of them at our small paper.
