Studer: Keys to building a great team [podcast]

On “Pensacola Speaks” yesterday, Quint Studer discussed his upcoming column on the Pensacola News Journal.

“Creating and sustaining a great team is the goal of every value-driven organization,” says Studer. “The better the team performs, the more success there is, of course, which benefits everyone from customers to staff.”

He offers six tips:

1. Selection
2. Supervisor development
3. Communication
4. Grow with team building activities
5. Employee inclusion on crafting company culture
