Today BLAB TV and Studer Community Development announced a partnership to build on the 30-year history of BLAB TV and local programming.
“Brenda and I could not be more pleased,” said Fred Vigodsky, BLAB TV president. “We love this area and have been looking for the right group to continue and build on what we have put our lives and souls into for the past 30 years. We strong believe this partnership with Quint and Rishy Studer is the perfect avenue to keep the momentum going.”
Quint Studer said that he and Rishy are excited about the partnership because it ensures that BLAB will remain locally owned and locally focused.
“Rishy and I are thrilled to be working with the talented team Fred and Brenda have built,” said Studer. “Our goal is to work with as many groups as possible to improve the quality of life in our community. We are grateful for what the Vidgodskys have built and look forward to their partnership and counsel moving forward.”
He said that there will no changes in programming for the next several months, but the staff is working on new shows. Quint and Rishy are also establishing a broadcast scholarship in Fred and Brenda Vigodsky’s name at the University of West Florida.
