The Shops on Palafox and Downtown Improvement Board have partnered to present the biggest downtown shopping event of the summer this Wednesday, June 26, from 5-8pm. The event includes block-by-block live music, local pop-ups, summer drinks and exclusive shopping specials up and down Palafox from participating merchants. Shoppers can also upload their receipts from any purchases made at participating shops on 6/26 for the chance to win a $500 shopping spree and other prizes.
“Small businesses are the heartbeat of downtown Pensacola and vital to the economy of our city,” said Walker Wilson, Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) executive director. “The DIB is committed to supporting downtown retail shops through events and partnerships that showcase our beautiful downtown and foster a thriving economic environment where businesses of all sizes and backgrounds can thrive.”

Generally, the district line of District 3 generally, when south of Garden, runs down the west bank of Palafox Street/Place south of Garden and down to Government, where west of that intersection north of it is District 3 and south of it is District 2, while all east of Palafox is District 2.
