Susan Story letter on Front Porch

Here is the letter from Gulf Power that Thelma Manley mentioned at her press conference on Front Porch. The letter (dated Aug 8, 2003) is a request from Susan Story to the Gulf Power Foundation board to make a $5000 donation to Front Porch. Story does ask that 20% be earmarked for the community liaison. The letter isn’t to Manley or the Front Porch board of directors.
Story doesn’t say that 20% of all Gulf Power donations and fundraisers should go to Manley.
