The Park Yes, Stadium No website states: “Our petition drive DOES NOT jeopardize the City’s Bond financing or the New Market Tax Credit funds.”
The City Attorney, Bond Counsel and Ed Gray say it does.
Marty and Jack should change the website. They don’t want the stadium, but they shouldn’t misstate the facts to entice people to sign their petition.
