This past Saturday all the cobia boats were reporting to me seeing weathered oil on the surface just 100 feet off Pensacola Beach. They reported it being in a line from the Coast Guard station to Portofino. One of the boats was a VOO boat that worked for BP. They were trained on how to spot oil and this was unquestionable. I only have one photo of it. Even more scandalous, the lesion on the cobia my husband caught.
