The disillusionment of Generation X

Interesting column in The Washington Post on Generation X. Their conclusion: “…if leadership is about values and direction, the Gen-X Disillusionment may contribute to the broader sentiment that our country might be stuck, in need of emerging leaders to align values with action.”

In January, Pensacola will swear in its first Gen-X mayor, Ashton Hayward. It’s us baby-boomers who have failed to push the area ahead.
