While we’re dealing with the unthinkable in our part of the world, Alaskans are undoubtedlyÂ nervous over BP’s “Liberty” deepwater drilling project three miles off their coast. This one drills two miles vertically through the ocean floor then 6-8 miles horizontally to access a reservoir.
