More than half the states in the country now have laws that in some way permit medical marijuana — even in the most conservative states. On June 16, 2014 Governor Rick Scott signed SB1030 AKA the “Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act of 2014”. The bill allows physicians to order low-THC, high-CBD cannabis oil for patients suffering from cancer, seizures, and muscle spasms.
Dr. Bonnie Goldstein, Medical Director for Canna-Centers in CA, will discuss the use of cannabis and its cannabinoids as a treatment for people suffering from cancer, epilepsy, and other medical conditions.
