The National Naval Aviation Museum app is available to download from iTunes and the Android Market. The app will be a great source for information on the aircraft featured in the museum, exhibits and exclusive photos and videos.
The app is $1.99 and all proceeds support the museum, the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation and its mission to educate the public through the history of naval aviation.
The app features an interactive map of the facility, detailed descriptions, photos and multimedia, museum Twitter and Facebook feeds and a complete listing and guide to museum activities, upcoming events, Blue Angels practice schedule and new events. You can also create your own tour of the museum or choose a premade tour to act as your docent.
